Today I am sharing another smoothie bowl recipe with you, but this time inspired by a pina colada cocktail. In a pina colada cocktail there is pineapple, coconut milk and rum. Now it’s a bit early in the morning to be adding rum into your breakfast smoothie bowl so I am just going to leave that out but hey I don’t judge, you do you.

What do you need for this smoothie bowl:
-Frozen pineapple (I used a handful maybe a bit more)
-Half a banana but you can use a whole one (I used the other half to add on top)
-Vanilla soy yogurt
-Decoration for on top (Raspberries, blueberries, banana, grated coconut and seeds)
- To make a smoothie bowl you will want to have a tick smoothie so the key here is not to add too much liquid. I first add in my banana then the pineapple and a 2-3 tablespoons vanilla soy yogurt and I would say 2-3 teaspoons of coconut milk.
- Mix that all together and if it doesn’t want to blend anymore add a bit of water. When you have your thick smoothie, pour it into a bowl and start decorating! You can add anything you want, I like different kinds of fruit on my smoothie bowl but also a bit of seeds is nice. I like also blend some liquid vitamin D into my smoothie.
I love eating out of this bowl, it is adorable and it’s a big bowl so you can add in as much smoothie as you want. I got this bowl a few years back at Walmart.
